The homeowners prioritized expansive open living spaces, exposed timber elements, and a structurally sound design capable of supporting the home’s dramatic rooflines and vaulted gathering areas.

The completed home features approximately 4,000 square feet of living space across multiple levels, including 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, expansive gathering areas, and a spacious attached garage. The open-concept design centers around a vaulted great room framed with exposed heavy timber trusses, creating a striking focal point that carries throughout the residence. Additional features include covered outdoor living areas, a walkout lower level, and thoughtfully designed entertaining spaces that seamlessly connect the indoors with the surrounding landscape.

Throughout the planning and construction process, our team worked closely with the homeowners, engineers, and design partners to ensure every detail aligned with both the architectural vision and the structural performance requirements of the home. Inside, the home features exposed wood beams, custom millwork, wide-plank flooring, stone fireplace elements, and large window systems designed to flood the interior with natural light while showcasing the surrounding views. Engineered timber systems and structural components were specifically designed to support the home’s open-concept layout and dramatic vaulted ceilings while maintaining strength and efficiency throughout the structure.
