GENERAL MANAGER
Our general manager is responsible for leading the entire team at our Knoxville location. This role coordinates with our growth, operations, production, and talent divisions to deliver an exceptional client experience.
OPERATIONS LEAD
Our operations lead manages the financial, legal, and compliance aspects of our business along with other day-to-day operations tasks.
MARKETING LEAD
This position is charged with accentuating our brand through community outreach. This role devises and executes our marketing plan inclusive of social media, google search, web presence, and other key initiatives.
DIRECTOR OF NEW PROJECTS
This role is the main point of contact during the pre-construction phase. Key areas of focus include identifying the scope of work, budget, and timeline. In addition, this role builds relationships in the community with key partners such as architects, designers, and real estate agents.
ESTIMATOR
Our estimator builds relationships with our trade partners, determines costs associated with new projects as well as requests for changes on all existing projects.
PRODUCTION LEAD
Our production lead collaborates with our different project managers, production coordinators, and craftsman to ensure excellence around the Big Three of each project - client experience, construction, and financial.
PROJECT MANAGER
Our project managers are the main point of contact for our valued clients during the construction process. They lead a team of craftsmen and trade partners
PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Production coordinators are tasked with a multitude of administrative tasks to ensure our projects run smoothly. This includes project scheduling, permitting, project financials, insurance coverages, material ordering, and other vital roles.
CRAFTSMAN
Our craftsmen are charged with numerous construction related tasks on projects ranging from new construction to full interior remodels. In addition to construction excellence, our craftsmen center their efforts on a winning client experience which includes job-site cleanliness, safety, and communication.
SWEEPER
This role is often found running between various job sites to help keep our teams moving efficiently. From jumping in a project to assist with a task, to cleaning, to making material runs, our sweeper position is an essential part of our team.
