Mission: Marry essential master bath function with vintage elegance in this 93 year old home.
When we met our beloved clients, they had three items on their wish list - 1) move a washer and dryer to the top floor of their home 2) Separate the tub/shower combo into a walk-in shower and free-standing tub and 3) capture the historic essence with the finishing selections.
Caroline Levenson Design did a masterful job setting the vision for the space. Our team executed the plan while navigating the unknowns that come with touching a older space. The scope of work included adding a washer and dryer to a former linen closet, installing a new free-standing tub, building a custom walk-in shower, adding a double vanity, installing millwork on the walls, laying a new tile floor - just to name a few.
The space is now serving the needs of our clients while standing as one of the highlights of the home with its timeless beauty. We were honored to tackle this project and genuinely happy for this special family.
