Sanctuary was designed as a calm, elevated retreat — a complete transformation focused on clean architectural lines, warm modern finishes, and highly functional living spaces tailored for both everyday comfort and entertaining.

This full-home remodel reimagined the interior with an emphasis on openness, natural light, and timeless materials. The heart of the home features a stunning custom kitchen with full-height cabinetry, oversized waterfall island, integrated storage, and layered brass accents that create warmth against the soft neutral palette. Vaulted ceilings and oversized windows bring in abundant natural light while curated lighting fixtures add sculptural character throughout the home.

The primary suite was redesigned to feel spa-inspired, featuring expansive dual vanities, custom cabinetry, large-format marble-look tile, frameless glass showers, and refined brass plumbing fixtures. Walk-in closets were fully customized with built-in storage systems for a boutique-style organization experience.

Beyond the interior renovation, the project also included a major expansion of the home’s entertaining footprint. A new screened porch and open-air deck extension created seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces ideal for hosting and relaxation. The exterior entertaining areas were thoughtfully integrated into the home’s flow, providing multiple gathering zones with views into the surrounding landscape. The plans included a 15' x 17' deck extension connected to the new screened porch and open deck layout.

A former garage space was completely converted into a functional office and laundry suite, maximizing usable square footage while maintaining the architectural cohesion of the home. The new office provides a quiet, design-forward workspace with custom detailing and modern finishes, while the adjacent laundry and mudroom areas add practical daily functionality.

Throughout Sanctuary, every detail was selected to balance sophistication with livability — from the custom millwork and statement lighting to the warm wood tones, textured tilework, and streamlined modern fixtures.
