With a baby on the way, our clients wanted a space the kids could congregate for a good time from the toddler stage through the teenage years. After brainstorming different concepts, we landed on a plan that included a TV area with built in window seating and a open floor space for more active play.

This 600 square foot area required framing, mechanical, sheetrock, paint, flooring, and trim carpentry. At it conclusion, our clients loved the additional area to enjoy and we could not of been happier with the outcome.
