We converted 252 square feet of our clients’ two-car garage into a beautiful living space featuring a new bedroom, office, and hallway. On the exterior, we closed off one of the garage doors and skillfully blended the new stucco to match the home’s existing finish. Inside, the adjoining finished basement was refreshed with a remodeled bathroom and laundry area designed to evoke a calm, peaceful vibe.

The project included full demo, framing, mechanical relocation, insulation, sheetrock, paint, trim, doors, tile, flooring, cabinetry layout, and final interior finishes. Luxury vinyl plank flooring runs throughout the space, with tile featured in the shower area for a clean, durable finish.

What began as a guest suite quickly became something much more—by the end of the project, the clients loved the transformation so much that they decided to make it their new master suite. We couldn’t be happier for them as they begin enjoying their well-deserved retreat.
