Mission: Create a second floor kitchen to support three generations living under one roof.
Our exceptional clients needed a second floor kitchen for easier access and to better accommodate three generations living under one roof. The ideal space was originally designed as a sitting room. While this space was brimming with potential it was a long way from a functioning kitchen.
After the design phase, our team started the construction process which consisted of demo, new mechanical, sheetrock, floor install, cabinet install, countertop install, appliance install, trim, and paint.
The space is now well appointed and creates an exquisite gathering spot on the second floor. From a functional perspective, this project created a second living quarters for both privacy and access. We are thrilled with the finished outcome and thankful for the opportunity to bring this vision to fruition.
