Mission: Open and re-energize the center of the home to allow for family gatherings.
Our clients where looking for a place to gather with their friends and family. A load bearing wall running the through the center of the home made this home feel boxy and disjointed. After some consultation with a structural engineer, we crafted a plan to flush mount a new 16' steel beam to open the space.
In addition, we worked with Restoration Interiors to craft a design plan to revitalize a kitchen, dining, 1/2 bath, laundry room, and family room - roughly 1,300 square feet of renovation. Once the project was complete, the space had transformed into a hub where memories could be built for years to come. The design elements where beautiful, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the space to its fullest.
