Mission: Create a dream hobby house overlooking Norris Lake

Our enthusiastic client acquired a stunning perch with a view of Norris Lake. In preparation for welcoming future guests and creating lasting memories, a 4,960 square foot hobby house is currently under construction! The main level features a two-bay garage, camper garage with grass pave access, a gym, an elevator to the second floor, and a storm shelter. The second level includes a theater room, full kitchen, dining area, great room, two full bathrooms, and two bedrooms. Ground was broken in the spring of 2024, and progress is steady. Stay tuned as this unique space takes shape!
