Our enthusiastic client has secured a stunning perch overlooking Norris Lake, and a 4,960 sq. ft. hobby house, adjacent to the main home on the property, is now complete as of August 2025, ready to host unforgettable memories. The main level is thoughtfully planned for both function and enjoyment, featuring a two-bay garage, a camper garage with grass-pave access, a gym, an elevator to the second floor of the hobby house, and a storm shelter.
