Mission: Create his/her office spaces to support emerging businesses while increasing the functionality with the addition of a 1/2 bath.
Our inspirational clients recently relocted to East Tennessee and found the perfect home. However, with the emergence of their businesses, they need spaces to thrive while they built their empire. A new 1/2 bath was also on the wish list.
After multiple site visits, we constructed a plan to take an existing closet in the hallway for the new bathrrom. and a floor plan for the his/hers offices. Once construction began, we focused on framing, new electric, plumbing, and hvac, insulation, flooring, sheetrock, paint, and trim! We even created a fun reading/napping nook in one of the office spaces. At the project conclusion, the spaces were well-appointed and set a positive vibe for each work day!
