Mission: Bring the magic to a third floor gathering spot!
Our clients were excited to transform their second and third-floor attic into a functional, flexible space for their growing family. With the goal of creating a spot for the kids to play and a cozy place for family movie nights, we knew the structural work was just as important as the finishing details. Our team reinforced the floor joists, built a custom seating platform, and ensured the roof framing had enough space for insulation. On the mechanical side, we relocated the electric, HVAC, and plumbing to the third floor. Once the essentials were in place, the real magic happened—adding the kitchenette, mood lighting, theater equipment, seating, and flooring. The result is a perfect space for movie marathons and family fun. We’re thrilled to have been part of this project and loved collaborating with the family to bring their vision to life!
