Bloom

Mission: Bring immediate family together through the revitalization of a 40's era home.

A special couple desired to downsize their home footprint and move closer to immediate family. To get there, revitalizing their recent purchase of a 1940's era home stood in their path. By the way, this was their first large scale remodel endeavor in their lives.

This project included a full gut job of all 1,700 existing square feet as well as the addition of 700 square feet of living space. The desired vision included a three bedroom two bath home that was more open and up to date. One area of particular interest was creating a vaulted ceiling in the master bedroom as the existing ceiling was only 7.5 feet in height.

After gaining the necessary permits and orientating our team on the mission, we set sail with a goal to complete the project in time for our client to relocate her exquisite collection of perennials to her new yard (hence the name, Bloom). Ten months later, the home had grown larger while new aesthetic touches were introduced. We felt a special sense of satisfaction in the new vaulted bedroom ceiling. Most memorable was the day we pulled up to the jobsite during the punch list phase and saw our client's outdoor oasis beginning to take shape. The entire property was in Bloom inside and outside.

A special thank you to the talented trade partners involved in this project and a heartfelt appreciation for the homeowner extending trust to our team.

LET'S CONNECT

The construction process can be different.  While the final destination should be aesthetically pleasing, the journey is just as important.   We are eager to hear your story!
