OUR STORY

After Peter Simeone's own home remodel, he founded BlueWing Homes in the spring of 2019. He felt called to share his master skills as a craftsman to bring each client's vision to life. He loves to create unique spaces where stories are told and memories are built for generations to come.

Landon Shewmake joined in late 2021 after years of renovating 70+ year old homes and his primary residences. He believed the home construction process should be professional AND enjoyable.

To date, BlueWing Homes has served countless homeowners across East Tennessee with a client-first focus and intends to create more fans in the years to come!

PETER SIMEONE

A native of Chicago, Peter is the founder and CEO of Bluewing Homes. He exudes an unbridled passion for creating exquisite spaces. When not leading BlueWing, you can find Peter spending time with his wife and two children, hunting in a remote location, or serving his community.

LANDON SHEWMAKE

A local East Tennessean, Landon is hungry to disrupt the construction industry by raising the client experience. In his personal life, he resides on a family farm where he is raising his six children with his wife. He loves to hike, camp, and defeat his children in games of 1x1 basketball.

DIRECTOR OF NEW PROJECTS

JOHN MASON HARBISON

A native of Greeneville, TN, John is a graduate of McCallie in Chattanooga and the University of Tennessee. In his role, he focuses on serving clients as scope of work and budget is determined. Away from the construction industry, you can often find him high on mountaintops or kayaking in the wilderness. In a previous life, he served as a guide in the remote realms of Alaska.

CLINT CALLAHAN

As a Knoxville native, Clint is proud to call East Tennessee home. He utilizes his passion for construction and leadership skills to serve as a Project Manager at BlueWing Homes. When he's not out in the field, he is often rocking out on his drums or sporting his black belt at his Karate class.

PROJECT MANAGER

RUSH NICELEY

Raised in Knox-vegas, Rush brings a wealth of construction experience to our team. Having served clients for close to 20 years in the construction industry, he believes in a simple mantra "treat others as he would want to be treated." In his spare time, he serves as a Girl Scout Leader for his daughter and has strong opinions on the best cookie. Just ask!

SARAH NORTON

Born in South Bend, Indiana, Sarah is a positive catalyst for BlueWing Homes. She joined our family to help us build a phenomenal client experience. Her passion, drive, and intelligence add so much to our group. When Sarah is not helping transform the construction industry, you can find her on a nearby mountaintop.

MICHELE CARDWELL

Born in Bloormington, Indiana, Michelle is an experienced tradesperson with years of remodeling experience. She is known for her professional acumen, love for serving clients, and drive to be spectacular. At home, Michelle is often cooking meals that make Gordon Ramsey envious, and exploring backroads in her jeep.

ESTIMATOR

BRAD RICHARDSON

Born and raised in Wartburg, TN, Brad is an experienced estimator with astute attention to detail. Just as important, he loves serving others with a genuine authenticity. Outside of work, he is a loving husband, devoted father, and assistant basketball coach for his local high school basketball team. He belives in man to man defense and never plays a zone.

JUSTIN PRICE

From Oak Ridge, TN, Justin is a proud life-long East Tennessean. He serves as a lead craftsman at BlueWing Homes, and joined our team in 2021. He is phenomenal at turning our clients' visions into reality. Outside of the trades, he loves the outdoors and spends time fishing and spending quality time on the lake.

MATTHEW EDDY

Matthew is originally from Townsend, TN. He has lived in East Tennessee for the last 7 years after hiatus from active duty. Something Matthew particularly enjoys about construction is working with his hands and seeing all of the hard work come together. When he's not building something, Matthew enjoys time outdoors and with animals.

Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, John has spent the last 6 years in East Tennessee. He began working on homes at the age of 14. He now has 20+ years of experience in the industry, and a versatile skillset across numerous trades. In his time outside of work, John enjoys taking long rides on his Harley.

CHAD BROOKS

Born in Cosby, TN, and now a Knoxville resident, Chad works as a craftsman at BlueWing Homes. His ability to adapt and problem solve are highly admired in the field. Chad holds his family and faith dear to his heart. He loves anything outdoors, from primitive fishing to spending time at his cabin with his wife and children.

QUINN JOHNSON

Hailing from Alcoa, TN, Quinn brings a positive energy and industrious drive to our ranks. He is a natural carpenter and in time will become a master craftsman. Quinn serves clients well through is trustworthiness, kind spirit, and desire to excel at every task. When not at BlueWing, you can find Quinn high in the mountains ripping some powder as he is an avid snowboarder.

CHANDLER WATTS

From the mountains of Kansas City, KS, Chanlder is a talented craftsman that is beautifying the world one home at a time. When serving clients, respect and honesty are two hallmarks of his approach. Outside of swinging the hammer, you can find Chanlder bragging to friends about his 2012 Summit County Rock, Paper, Scissors Championship.

KEVIN MCCAFFREY

Originally calling Chattanooga home, Kevin is taking the construction industry by storm with his client-centric focus. "I value the relationship we have with our clients and aim to know them as best I can. It is a blessing for us to be a small part of their story" Kevin shares. We value his hunger to improve, ability to sacrifice for the team, and his kind nature.

Born and raised in the Windy City (Chicago), Dennis dedicated his professional life to excelling at the trades. He brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to each project and supports our project managers with essential tasks. In his personal life, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and working on his family's homestead.

LAUREN WOODS

Representing Hannover Park IL, Lauren is our go-to when the time comes to put the sparkle on your completed space. She brings years of cleaning experience to our team and a pleasant demeanor that clients rave about. When she is not busy at work, you can find Lauren cooking pierogi with her husband, gardening, or playing with her chickens.
