A native of Chicago, Peter is the founder and CEO of Bluewing Homes.  He exudes an unbridled passion for creating exquisite spaces.  When not leading BlueWing, you can find Peter spending time with his wife and two children, hunting in a remote location, or serving his community.

A local East Tennessean, Landon is hungry to disrupt the construction industry by raising the client experience. In his personal life, he resides on a family farm where he is raising his six children with his wife.  He loves to hike, camp, and defeat his children in games of 1x1 basketball.

A native of Greeneville, TN, John is a graduate of McCallie in Chattanooga and the University of Tennessee. In his role, he focuses on serving clients  as scope of work and budget is determined. Away from the construction industry, you can often find him high on mountaintops or kayaking in the wilderness.  In a previous life, he served as a guide in the remote realms of Alaska. 

Originally calling Chattanooga home, Kevin is taking the construction industry by storm with his client-centric focus.  "I value the relationship we have with our clients and aim to know them as best I can.  It is a blessing for us to be a small part of their story" Kevin shares.  We value his hunger to improve, ability to sacrifice for the team, and his kind nature.

As a Knoxville native, Clint is proud to call East Tennessee home. He utilizes his passion for construction and leadership skills to serve as a Project Manager at BlueWing Homes. When he's not out in the field, he is often rocking out on his drums or sporting his black belt at his Karate class.​

Raised in Knox-vegas, Rush brings a wealth of construction experience to our team.  Having served clients for close to 20 years in the construction industry, he believes in a simple mantra "treat others as he would want to be treated."  In his spare time, he serves as a Girl Scout Leader for his daughter and has strong opinions on the best cookie.  Just ask!

Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, John has spent the last 6 years in East Tennessee. He began working on homes at the age of 14. He now has 20+ years of experience in the industry, and a versatile skillset across numerous trades. He excels as a communicator as well.  In his time outside of work, John enjoys taking long rides on his Harley.

Born in Montpelier, LA, Rod brings consistency, thoroughness, and availability to every client’s unique journey, ensuring communication and pace remain steady throughout. Beyond work, he’s an avid on- and off-road enthusiast, having tracked over a dozen race courses and explored the majority of rated trail systems across the U.S. and Canada.​​

Born in South Bend, Indiana, Sarah is a positive catalyst for BlueWing Homes.  She joined our family to help us build a phenomenal client experience.  Her passion, drive, and intelligence add so much to our group.  When Sarah is not helping transform the construction industry, you can find her on a  nearby mountaintop.   ​​​

Born in Bloomington, Indiana, Michelle is an experienced tradesperson with years of remodeling experience.  She is known for her professional acumen, love for serving clients, and drive to be spectacular.  At home, Michelle is often cooking meals that make Gordon Ramsey envious, and exploring backroads in her jeep.  ​

From Oak Ridge, TN, Justin is a proud life-long East Tennessean. He serves as a lead craftsman at BlueWing Homes, and joined our team in 2021.  He is phenomenal at turning our clients' visions into reality. Outside of the trades, he loves the outdoors and spends time fishing and spending quality time on the lake.​

Matthew is originally from Townsend, TN. He has lived in East Tennessee for the last 7 years after hiatus from active duty. Something Matthew particularly enjoys about construction is working with his hands and seeing all of the hard work come together. When he's not building something, Matthew enjoys time outdoors and with animals.​

Born and raised in Murfreesboro, TN, Caleb brings a passion for rejuvenating spaces to our team.  He is a skilled tradesman and is adept at numerous tasks necessary throughout a project.  When you see him, be sure to test is endless yet self-described useless knowledge of history and Star Wars.​​

Hailing from in Jellico, TN, Josh is a ray of light for our organization.  His pleasant demeanor, positive outlook, and willingness to take on any task enhance the culture of our group.   Just as important, Josh contributes to the client experience by delivering professionalism and integrity from start to finish on each project.  Outside of work, Josh has a deep understanding of the Air BnB market.  ​

Hailing from San Marcos, CA, Christopher believes the key to a positive client experience is treating every customer with respect and caring for their home as if it were his own. Guided by the principle 'leave anywhere you go better than you found it,' he ensures every project reflects that same standard. Christopher loves his trade because it allows him to create with his hands and see the tangible result.  

From Manitowoc, WI, Justin Gilbert creates a great client experience through daily communication and ensuring clients love the finished product. He found his passion for construction at 15, building garages in Wisconsin, and still loves seeing projects through from start to finish. Fun fact: Justin hopes to travel to Egypt to see the Great Pyramids.

Representing Hannover Park IL, Lauren is our go-to when the time comes to put the sparkle on your completed space.  She brings years of cleaning experience to our team and a pleasant demeanor that clients rave about.  When she is not busy at work, you can find Lauren cooking pierogi with her husband, gardening, or playing with her chickens.  ​
